Long Bio: Kyle Fry operates at the intersection of capital markets, digital assets, and climate finance. As Co‑Founder and CEO of DIGTL Ltd., he has led initiatives to connect issuers and investors through regulated exchanges, blockchain settlement, and tokenized assets. Kyle also serves in leadership roles with Theaus Global, advancing high‑integrity carbon market methodologies and registry integrations, and with MERJ Exchange, a regulated securities exchange supporting digital and traditional listings.

His prior experience includes M&A investment banking at Credit Suisse, securities licensing with FINRA, and global capital raising across traditional and digital platforms.

Currently, Kyle is focused on building market integrity in the voluntary carbon markets, helping design methodologies and registry integrations that meet the highest international standards, including CORSIA eligibility. He is also active in public‑private collaborations aimed at unlocking new revenue streams for governments and high‑integrity supply for enterprise buyers.
